Xmas aftermath

Well, we had too many pictures to choose just one or 2 to show for this week, so Heather traded me bath duty for blog duty. I decided to create a collage of pictures.

You'll find a variety of events from our various Christmas parties: KoesterSide@Ann/Dan's, Kluesner@ Kluesner's, Schuldt@Eric and Vera's, Kloss@Aaron/Joans. (No Pictures from Kluesner@Great-grandma Kluesner)

Also you'll see Alicia playing in the snow (she seemed to really enjoy sledding), Alicia playing with xmas gifts including: a radio flyer tricycle (thanks Billy), kitchen set (thanks Santa), and Mommy's Dance Revolution (thanks Kluesners) for the Wii.

An intersting note with the Dance game, is that Alicia appeared to understand what was going on. Initially she'll just stand on the dance pad. And moved her feet really fast, like she was dancing with the music. Then she'd grab the wiimote and nunchucks and try dancing at the same time. She has the opposite problem of Uncle Tony. She needs a shorter cable.

Here's a picture that didn't fit well with the collage. She wobbles. Its tough for her to walk when she's all bundled up.. It was definetly a cute scene.

cookies and fun

so we recently tried making some holiday cookies and Alicia had her own ideas about that...

Also, here's a cute pic of Alicia and Samantha - this is one way for the kids to share a toy, right? :)

Alicia wants to know is anybody watching?

happy st nicks day a little late

well this post is a little behind to celebrate St. Nick's Day, but it's not too late for a little early Christmas cheer. We took Alicia a week or so ago to see Santa at Walmart, and this was about as close as she would get to him without an all out meltdown. So we let her be and I think she was able to express her wish list to Santa from a nice distance... :)
