well, I think I have aged about 10 years last night. We had a few neighbors over for supper and Alicia was showing off her standing skills and was holding herself up on her little caterpillar toy - i was right behind her and all of a sudden I turned towards the front door to close it and Alicia turned as well to watch me and she tumbled to the pergo floor behind us. Of course, she couldn't have fell on the carpet where she was standing. We all were a bit shaken up...she's got a little shinner above her eye, and cried like no other.... but she was pretty happy and back to herself about a hour later... but boy. it was sure scary.. so does anyone know where I can buy a little bubble for her cause I think this is just the start of her bumps and bruises...

So sorry to hear about Alicia's spill. Yes, I'm sure this is the first of many more to come. The important thing is that she doesn't seem phased by it one bit. :) Now Mommy and Daddy on the other hand - they may have a few more gray hairs.
Hey, I remember when YOU, Heather went for a tumble down Mom & Dad's basement steps and scared the be-jeepers out of us because the door didn't get shut right away. I think we all aged that night too!! Lesson #1-Always make sure doors to stairs are shut!
well... we dodn't have to worry about the doors to the stairs as we don't have any. We'll have to purchase some gates in the near future though.
