That statement above was about our weekend went in Iowa this last weekend. Lots of snow, wind, rain, and ice. That combination made one big mess on the roadways, and well, great snowmen-making weather. So, we all went outside to enjoy mother nature's wrath and made the best out of being homebound and stranded in Iowa. We went back for a late Christmas gathering and well we got our white Christmas... thanks I guess...

I love this picture! We were snowed in this weekend, too. I meant to show that on Cole's blog but I wound up cozying up and unplugging instead. Glad you made it home safe!
